Some of them will spray up to 25 feet. That's a long way! You spray it right into the face and eyes. It causes a burning sensation and the eyes shut. That would have to be terribly painful. But, it is not deadly according to what I have been told. It reached beyond my brain's power.
But, this world does not have many people like that any more. People are too selfish, now. They care nothing for others; only themselves. It is only about what they can take. This is the reason that lady was attacked and left for dead. This is the reason her face was badly beaten and cut. This is the reason why we all should take measures to be sure our family members are protected.
My sister took me to a shop which specializes in different types of self defense weapons. Mace pepper spray make sense to me. Now, if you want to have a handgun, I do not blame you. But, for me, I just do not think I could pull the trigger. However, I have no problems with using pepper spray.
